It is U.S. Glass pattern #15110, aka SUNRISE or RISING SUN. The design consists three half-circles with rays extending from them, and a cut-glass-like pattern below. The foot is hexagonal. Be sure to check out the other fine glass I have for sale this week, including more antique and EAPG glass.
