Walther Glas was founded 1865 in Saxony Germany. The craftsmanship is incredible: you can see the figures in the motif with chariot on the repouse relief. The logo is heart and cross mark on top of “Walther” and below that is D.R.P. ang. It’s quite rare. Back stamp is well preserved because its indented under. The rim shows age related wear. This is likely from 1920s, during Art Deco era. In excellent condition.
Each glass bears the Rockwell shield trademark and "MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA" etched into the base. The "Made in Czechoslovakia" mark (as opposed to "Made in Czech Republic") dates production to before 1993, consistent with the Art Deco period of manufacture.
There are 4 swirl cordial glasses 3 3/8" tall and approx 3' wide.
