This is from Val Saint Lambert of Belgium and the pattern is 3157/17. These have bubble stems! Very elegant & rare brilliant cut glass. This is a Set of (4) Champagne coupes/glasses. So first, pictures.
I think they may have been Hawkes as I believe I recall seeing this exact shape and cutting in one of the Catalogs. It has a band of Strawberry Diamond cutting, and the faceted prism notched stem and star cut base.
