Unknown Maker, probably a known Glass House because of the QUALITY OF THESE PIECES! Possibly Cambridge, Tiffin, Fostoria or West Virginia Glass manufacturer! Probably from the 1930’s. They have a crystal optic bowl and a topaz or light amber ( depending on your eye for color ) lady leg stem and base that is somewhat iridescent. They are 4 3/8” tall, have 3 3/8” rim diameters and 2 3/4” base diameters. No chips, cracks
