Culver application of foils and decals is a highly protected process that is very successful. The glass is clear and healthy with no fogging. The decal is unfaded. I have only hand washed this piece when used in warm soapy water.
This is an excellent used condition clear blown, polished wheel cut, floral and "X" cut (or windows) glass liquor cocktail stem using the 2009 blank stem produced by Rock Sharpe Glass Co. circa 1945.
