Up for sale is agreat looking set of Three (3) Water Glasses / Goblets in the Country Garden pattern in blue glass from Libbey. Manufacturer: Libbey. Item: Water Goblet / Glass. These glasses feature an embossed floral design with a larger round bowl, on a narrower stem/base.
These glasses feature a scalloped foot and a cut bottom to the bowl. These were first manufactured in 1935 and were retired in 1938. These glasses are getting much harder to find. All four are in really nice used conditi on.
With a multicolor design, it brings a cheerful splash to the table and still looks cohesive and balanced.
This particular glass can be found on page 28 of “Mauzy’s Peanut Butter Glasses – Third edition.”. It is the third glass pictured on this page. Juice, standard, and iced tea sizes are all available.
