This is a liquor cocktail stem made by Libbey glass in the Rose Bouquet pattern with a gold trim. The liquor cocktail is free ofchip, cracks or repairs that I can find. The glass is clear and healthy with no fogging or clouding from hard water or dishwasher exposure.There may be tiny air bubbles in the glass (common in glass produced in this era).
