The Waterford mark is from pre2000, there is no seahorse. Each champagne or stem is in very good used condition. They are crystal clear. Each stem is marked on the foot (it's easy to find if you hold it up to the light looking through the foot).
It is made of a heavy leaded blown glass and hand cut in a traditional Anglo-Irish style of cross-hatched/diamonds, and faceted paneled stem. It is etched on the underside of the base with the old gothic Waterford hallmark.
