Here we have a beautiful fine crystal WATER GOBLET made by HEISEY (USA) in the "Moonglo" pattern (stem 5040) displaying a bell-shaped bowl with an upper surround of eight round cuts with attached small triple cuts in between circular garland sprigs, blown stem (5040), plain base.
