This is a set of 6 Morgantown Ruby Sherbets, also known as Dessert Dishes. The bowl portion features a deep red color atop a clear glass-reeded orb. They have a very elegant and graceful appearance, especially with the deep red bowl, which Morgantown referred to as Spanish Red.
Featuring a vibrant ruby red/cranberry HAND-BLOWN glass bowl sitting on a clear, thick barley-twist crystal stem. Popularized around the late 1990s and early 2000s, these oversized, hand-blown goblets stand out for their substantial weight, sculptural texture, and deep jewel-tone coloration.
Each measures seven 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches across the top. All four are in excellent condition.
