After research, it appears to be Tiffin. The pink frosted glass is beautifully decorated with leaves on the underside and delicate gilding on the top side. I've been a big collector of depression era glass for decades.

This is a lovely piece of Hofbauer in the Byrdes design. I like to use it to hold fruit on my counter. This is pressed glass made in Germany. I believe the birds are cut.
