NOS. The Nuutajärvi Finland Pioni (Peony) wine glasses by Oiva Toikka are a vintage set of two that showcases a beautiful, clear glass design with a unique peony pattern. Made in Finland in the 1970s, these wine glasses stand at 4 15/16 inches tall with a 3-inch diameter. The elegant and timeless pieces are perfect for serving wine in style, adding a touch of sophistication to any table setting.
The clear glass looks clean and modern, and it feels sturdy in the hand.
The pattern is Pioni, or Peony in English, and was designed by Oiva Toikka. Pioni was made from about 1976-1985. The Pioni pattern features molded glass stemware and barware displaying the petals and stems of the peony flower.
Two glasses available. (I have a third glass that has a small flea bit on the rim. ).
