Not knowing the manufacturer, I would guess maybe Rock Sharpe Crystal. Glastonbury/Lotus Co. in Chicago, a renowned glass decorating firm, known for high quality, may have cut them. They did not manufacture glass but decorated blank pieces purchased from other manufacturers. This unique crystal stemware features delicate and intricate designs of the early 1900's.
