Here we have a beautiful hand cut "Harlequin" designed flared WATER GOBLET with double knops on a multi-sided stem (maker unknown.) The bowl shows left and right swirl cuts forming a center frosted diamond (harlequin) band along with a surround of optic panels, the base has a pentagon shape design of five line cuts.
