All five pieces are in very good condition. It is easy to see both an art deco and a mid-century influence to this intricate pattern, making it difficult to date. No matter what you call it, the pattern is striking and pleasing.
The red finish feels bold yet friendly, and a nice touch is how it warms up a simple table setting.
