I believe this is a Fry Foval Opal with Jade green footed cup that was formerly a handled lemonade tumbler that has been cut down. There are fleabites that are most noticeable in the base as shown in the photos. This item was purchased from the estate of a depression glass enthusiast who had several generations of family members that worked for Hazel Atlas.
Made in the United States with a production style of pressed glass.
