Portieux Vallerysthal was formed from the 1870 merger of the Portieux glassworks founded in 1705 and the Vallérysthal glassworks founded in 1836. They were best known for their opaline glassware made in several different colors. This juice glass is in the most popular color from the 1930s, a beautiful Robin’s Egg blue. This glass measures 5 1/8 inches tall by 2 5/16 inches wide and is in amazing condition (see photos).
