This rose bowl features a cutting and flashing. The bowl has 3 toed scrolled feet. The blue flashing is on each toe and extends up the side of the bowl. The flashing is in great condition. There was a gold rim circling the piece and very little is left.

The bowl is 5 3/8" tall x 3 1/8" wide at the top.
Thrifting find. I really don't know what its intended use is. It's little, at about 2.5" across the top and about 2.25" tall. Etched on the base "Made in Scotland Edinburgh.". I could find no issues with this little piece of crystal.
Glasses hold 15.5 ounces and are 6" high.
