Handcrafted in Belgium circa 1968-1989. I believe these were crafted in the 1960's. Excellent pre-owned condition. Very clean and clear. There is 1 scratch on the side of one of the glasses. The acid-etched VSL backstamp is on the bottom of the glasses.
