2 Vintage Etched Cocktail Champagne Dessert Design Long Stem Glasses
They are very much mid century, frosted, gold with a variety of tree leaves on them. Nice clean condition as you can see! Each one has a white smudgy mark IN the bottom base. Little to no gold loss.
Made in USA. Frosted finish remains attractive and the 22K gold foliage decoration displays beautifully. Introduced in 1953 and produced through 1978, the Golden Foliage pattern features detailed autumn leaves decorated in genuine 22-karat gold overlay scattered across a frosted textured band.
It was953, so the weight and balance feel more handcrafted than modern equivalents.
It shows gentle signs of age from 1953, which many collectors find appealing and full of character.
