Very nice Fostoria Glass Whipped Cream Bowl. This is in the Trojan pattern in topaz yellow panel optic glass. The rim is scalloped and it has bow handles. The base is nicely finished. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Whipped Cream Bowl.
