This is a clear panel optic tall champagne or sherbet glass with a detailed polish wheel cut (number 786) on the bowl, stemand foot using the very hard to find panel optic version of the 190 stem blank produced by Seneca Glass.

It as can be seen in the pictures has a very nice white color of Milk Glass and it also has very nice pressing and mold work which were done by a master of the trade.
