Condition: Pre-owned in beautiful condition. Recently cleaned and polished. You can see it better with a magnifying glass. Most glasses are marked "Webbed Corbett England 67", but a couple are marked with the number 68.
Each glass is acid-etched on the base with “Made in Webb England,” confirming authenticity and origin. -The balanced proportions and detailed cutting make them suitable for a variety of uses, including champagne, cocktails, or dessert service.
Webb Corbett Glass was set up by Herbert Webb and Thomas Webb III along with George Harry Corbett in 1897 at the Wordsley glass works near Stourbridge, England. Webb Corbett were manufacturers of high quality cut lead crystal tableware and vases.
The Georgian pattern's deep, architectural cuts catch light beautifully and give each glass real weight in the hand. Condition is honest and reflected in the price: 10 of the 12 glasses are in excellent, barely used condition.
