This is an elegant polished wheel cut 11 ounce water goblet in the Charm pattern using blank 17490 produced by Tiffin Glass Co 1952-1966. The pattern consist of alternating leaves (one going up and the next going down) on a stem going all the way around the bowl of the goblet.
This is an excellent used condition Art Deco style clear blown crystal liquor cocktail glass with very thin vertical cut lines that were made by William Fraser, Germany Circa 1938. The pattern consist of three line that go the entire length of the bowl.
My mom got these in the 1980-1990's. They look to have been lightly used and hand washed only. The glass is clear and healthy with no clouding or fogging from hard water exposure. Shelf 9/S4.

The crystal is clear and healthy with no indication of hard water or dish washer exposure. The piece looks lightly used, if at all. The foot does not even have any scuff marks. The water goblet is on the left, the tall sherbet or champagne is right of the water goblet, next is the liquor cocktail and the wine glass is on the right end.
